Location near the malecon made exploring easy. I loved the balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico. Staff at reception, especially Javier, were super friendly and spoke good English. El Poquito restaurant had great service from Laurentino and Carlos, especially when I needed room service due to illness. The room was clean with good water pressure in the shower. However, I faced issues with the breakfast buffet. The choices were limited and overpriced, with fruit that didn’t taste fresh. Also, I found the pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. Despite the service hiccups, I truly enjoyed my time in Campeche and the room accommodations were solid.

The bathroom design is cramped and outdated!!! Dining prices are deceptive and not worth the quality!!! A thorough clean-up of the bathroom plumbing issues would enhance the stay experience!!!

Fantastic location—steps from the charming old town! Spacious room with comfy beds and excellent AC. Plus, a lovely pool area and friendly staff who were always ready to help.

Sound travels easily between rooms, making for some restless nights. The restaurant service left much to be desired—wait times were frustrating and breakfast didn’t live up to my expectations.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Malecon and historic center. The superior king room had a spacious balcony with an ocean view, making our stay more enjoyable. We loved the relaxing vibe and easy access to attractions.

We stayed one night and loved our room on the 4th floor with a small balcony and comfy chairs. The location was sick, just a short walk to the Carnival parade and the city’s entrance. The staff at the bar were super friendly. However, the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times. Worth it for the view, tho!
